The Modesto Throttlers issued a check for a donation to the Faith Home Teen Ranch on Friday for $500.00 as proceeds from last September's Car Show. This amount was less than contributed in previous years, however we have again taken on a donation 350 ci Chevy motor which we have proudly displayed most recently at the Turlock Swap Meet last month, and plan to take to the Hot August Nights Swap Meet this year for the first time ever! We hope that with an ambitious showing of this motor at many regional events, the success of it's ticket sales in the coming year will be a welcome boost the donation planned toward the Faith Home Teen Ranch come this September at our car show, when someone will win this great power plant for their project Rod!
