If you are interested in becoming a member of the Throttlers Car Club, you should attend one of our meetings held the third Monday of the month, (unless a holiday prevails), at Perko's Restaurant at 7pm. The restaurant is located in the Crossroads Shopping Center at northwest corner of Carpenter Rd., and Kansas Av., Modesto.
